HAIPOT operates an online marketplace enabling users to discover, list, buy, sell, and communicate regarding products and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, posting listings, messaging users, or making transactions. This may include your name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo, bio, shipping address, billing details, listing photos, item descriptions, order details, reports, dispute evidence, reviews, and messages.
We use your information to operate the marketplace, facilitate purchases and shipping, process payments through payment partners, send order and account notifications, personalize recommendations, provide customer support, review disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, and improve HAIPOT.
Some information is visible to other users, including your username, profile photo, bio, public listings, product photos, reviews, ratings, follower/following counts, and seller profile details. Do not post private information in your public profile or listings.
Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers. HAIPOT does not store your full credit card or bank account numbers. Shipping providers may receive information needed to create labels, track packages, and complete delivery.
We may store and review marketplace messages, reports, order records, listing photos, tracking information, and dispute evidence when needed to investigate fraud, abuse, counterfeit products, unsafe behavior, refunds, or policy violations.
HAIPOT does not allow counterfeit goods, fake branded items, unauthorized replicas, knockoffs, or listings that misuse another brand's name, logo, photos, or trademarks. We may use listing data, user reports, purchase history, seller history, images, and admin review to detect fake products, remove listings, restrict accounts, hold payouts, support refunds, or suspend sellers.
Users may not list illegal items, weapons, controlled substances, stolen goods, recalled or hazardous products, counterfeit goods, fake branded products, unauthorized replicas, or other items that violate HAIPOT policy. Buyers can report suspected fake products from the app.
We use third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, notifications, shipping, and support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy policies.
We keep information as long as needed to provide HAIPOT, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support. Some transaction, safety, and legal records may be retained where required.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service is 100% secure, so users should protect their passwords and report suspicious activity.
